well, Vegeta swallows his pride to do what is right and makes some big sacrifice that doesnt really get noticed. He is a bad ass that never gave up. I donno just somthing about him, kind of hard to explain. So why Yamcha?

I agree. Even when he was bad, he was pretty good.

Why Yamcha? I'm not too sure. I guess it's because everyone else was always diggin' the better-known characters. Goku, Vegeta, etc. I just wanted to show him love. Besides, I love his special "Wolf Fang Fist."
